About Us
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to obtain reliable ductile iron components. We accomplish this by offering a blend of engineering assistance, top quality castings and value added processes.
At the start of a new job our design engineering department can provide your design engineers with help to translate their concepts into the most cost effective castings from a manufacturing standpoint. Computer modeling is used to analyze stress concentrations and to simulate mold filling and the effects of design changes.
We have consolidated several manufacturing processes under the same roof in order to reduce your cost of freight and to bring together total responsibility for quality which might otherwise be in split among the several different companies.
Advanced Cast Products can provide you with most grades of standard ductile iron and austempered ductile iron. ACP operates Disamatic, Hunter automatic, Osborne manual and squeezer molding lines. In-house austempering assures quality ADI parts. If you want completely finished parts, we have a versatile machining facility which uses up-to-date CNC machine tools. We also do assembly of parts and can provide components in a variety of paints and coatings.
Advanced Cast Products is a subsidiary of Neenah Foundry Company. Neenah, a large foundry in Neenah, Wisconsin, has four subsidiary foundries producing high and medium-volume gray and ductile iron industrial and municipal castings. A fifth subsidiary manufactures industrial forgings.
